Our trainers and gym staff are here to bring strength to your workouts.

Brent Taylor - Gym Owner

Brent has always lived in the Miramar region and enjoys being involved in the community. He has been a member and supporter of the gym for many years and loves the focus on physical and mental health support that he finds there. His passion is for every member of the gym family to feel the same way. If he’s not boxing or on the assault bike, you will likely find him hard at work running his Miramar based building company or supporting one of the fabulous local cafes.

Brent took ownership of the gym in 2021 during the COVID-19 pandemic. He strongly believes this gym has a place in Miramar and it brings him a lot of joy to chat with members and to be a part of the incredible group of supportive and friendly staff and trainers who make the gym the place it is.  He would love to introduce you to them…
