Our personal trainers guide you through a personalised workout plan which focuses on your health and fitness priorities and goals. Personal trainers are a great way to activate your gym experience. Across our team we have a wide variety of specialisations, catering for weight loss, rehab, mobility, martial arts, sports specific, strength and conditioning, and weight lifting.

Our space
Our doors are always open to new people looking to join a community focused gym.
